Make your newsroom come alive with images that are available for download by your visitors. <\/b><\/p>\n

Upload images related to your content or other images related to your company.<\/b><\/p>\n

Add new<\/b> – To upload a new image, press the \u201cUpload images\u201d button to add one or more images at the same time, or just use the drag and drop tool. If you have multiple newsrooms, it\u2019s possible to import an image from another newsroom.<\/span><\/p>\n

Edit<\/b> – To edit an image, click on the edit symbol on that image. It is possible to edit two or more images at the same time by selecting them all at once. You can add and edit the title, summary, photographer, and categories. You can also change the license and change the size of the image.<\/span> <\/b><\/p>\n

To change the size of the image, click on the crop symbol in the top right corner.\u00a0<\/span>To change the status of an image, edit the <\/span>Newsroom media archive status\u00a0<\/span><\/i>at the top when in edit mode.<\/p>\n

Schedule publishing<\/b> – To publish an image at a specific date and time, you can do it in edit mode. Select <\/span>Scheduled<\/span><\/i> in the <\/span>Newsroom media archive status<\/span><\/i> and select time and date. I<\/span>mages are arranged by publishing date in the newsroom.<\/span><\/p>\n

Unpublish<\/b> – To unpublish an image from your newsroom, set the status as <\/span>Draft\u00a0<\/span><\/i>in the<\/span> Newsroom media archive status <\/span><\/i>while in edit mode.<\/span><\/p>\n

Delete <\/b>–\u00a0To delete an image from the image bank, mark the image and click the trash bin. Note that they will also be deleted in all stories they were published in, be it as the main image or as related content. <\/span><\/p>\n

For best results, use landscape format with a 16:9 aspect ratio, and a width of at least 1000 pixels.
\nSupported file types are JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG and TIF.
