Where can I see who is following my newsroom?

To see a list of all your followers, go to the menu Contacts and select Contact lists – then click on All Contacts. Set the filter button to Filter: Followers.

If you want to export your followers, you need to select all, add the contacts to a list that you create yourself, then download that list.

Your followers are contacts that have registered with Mynewsdesk, and made an active choice to follow your newsroom (via the Follow button in the public newsroom). Since it’s the followers themselves who decide which newsrooms they want to follow, it is not possible to delete them from Contacts.
