Look up and select one or more contacts in Contacts -> Contact lists. If you want to search among all your contacts, click on All contacts to start with.
Upon selecting one or more contacts, the following buttons will appear:
- Add to any list to add selected to any of your existing lists. Marking Edit multiple lists allows you to add to more than one list (and also works for removal from lists)
- Remove from this list to directly remove contacts from the list (only available when viewing a list)
- Delete to completely delete contacts from your newsroom. A deletion cannot be made undone.
