To change the settings on your press officer account, you click on your name in the upper right corner, and choose User Settings from the drop-down-menu.

You will now find the following options:
a) User details, including user interface language
b) Change password
c) Two-factor authentication (2FA)
d) Notifications about new followers
e) Delete user account (will not remove the newsroom)

When logging in on a journalist account, you need to click on My profile to choose Settings from the drop-down menu. To change email and name on a journalist account, click on My profile and choose Profile.
Journalist accounts do not have the setting for follower notifications. However, a journalist account gives you the option to connect external user accounts for login, i.e. login via social media accounts.
